Audio Visual Options
The service hall is fitted with a professional audio visual system with access to a large library of music and hymns. The service can be further enhanced with a visual tribute and a photograph can be displayed on the screens throughout the service. You may also livestream the service and order copies on a DVD or USB stick.
Our Audio/Visual partner is Obitus.
Service enhancements
Ordering music and tributes is very simple and your funeral arranger or celebrant will guide you through the various options for your loved one’s service.

Visual tributes
A service can be enhanced by adding photos, displayed on the screens in the service hall.
A single ‘Halo photograph’ can be displayed on the screens throughout the service. This is included within the cremation fee. Additional photos (a maximum of 2) can be added for £22 each and the photos will be played on a loop throughout the service.
Basic slideshow £49. A photo slideshow of up to 25 photos with simple transitions that can be set to loop throughout the service or at a given point in the proceedings.
Music slideshow £74. Up to 25 photos, timed to a chosen piece of music played during the service.
Themed tribute £95. A photo montage with a difference. Select a theme such as ‘dog lover’ or ‘the outdoors’, upload up to 25 photos and select a piece of music. Obitus will then create a wonderful tribute to your loved one. The video above will tell you more, and you can view samples of each of the themes on the Obitus website. Family supplied tribute £30. Upload your own crafted slideshow, or video and Obitus will process it for inclusion in the service.
Tribute download £10. Once the tribute has been created you can be provided with a link to download a copy.
Extra photos or extra work £22. Depending on the length of the selected piece of music, it may be possible to include additional photos. This fee includes up to 25 additional photos. If a family have additional requirements for a tribute the extra work fee is chargeable for each half hour spent working on the tribute.
Service streaming £54
The view of the service hall via our livestream.
The service can be livestreamed to those who are unable to attend. This option is ordered via the funeral arranger and the login details given to the person organising the funeral to distribute.
After the service has finished a high resolution copy will be processed and made available to view online for a further 28 days. This usually takes around 2 working days. The person arranging the funeral can also request a digital copy of the service, supplied via a download link. This is free if ordered with the livestream or £10 afterwards (up to 28 days after the service).
Keepsake items
Copies of the service can purchased whether or not it has been livestreamed. Items can be ordered prior to the service or up to 28 days after. Please note that only the person organising the funeral (the applicant for cremation) can order these items. Please order via your funeral arranger.
DVD/USB £55.
Additional copies on DVD/USB £30 each.
Digital photobook £95. A nicely presented digital photobook with a copy of the service, tribute or both. Additional copies can be purchased for £50 each.
Memory box £130. A premium quality memory box with 25 printed photos, a keepsake USB and a DVD copy of the service. Additional memory boxes can be purchased for £70 each.
Services for young people (under 18 years of age)
For services for young people under the age of 18, in addition to the single ‘Halo photograph’ a livestream and basic slideshow is available for no charge. Should the family wish to upgrade the visual tribute element of the service the difference in cost is payable.
